RULES:

DO NOT make adoptables based off of my designs or use me to promote your adoptables. I am incredibly uncomfortable with the thought of someone selling the characters/ideas/designs I make for the community to a singular person. I don’t want my designs abused for profit and self gain. If you’re using my stories/ideas simply to gain money/likes/notes, please Don’t.

If I were to ever leave the undertale fandom my aus would belong to the community. 

Commissions (both written and art) are okay! As for merch, please try to ask me first before making massive batches of merch.

不要基于我的创作设计来创作设子或者利用我来宣传你的设子。一想到有人把我为了同人社区所创作的角色/想法/设计 卖给了某个人，我就感觉到非常不适。我不想我的设计被用于营利和个人私益。如果你用了属于我的故事/想法就为了获取金钱/红心/点击量，请停下，不要这么做。

如果有天我退了ut圈，我的AU们将归属于同人社区。

约稿和接稿是可以的！（文和图都可以）至于实体周边，请在投入大量制作前和我联系。

Shipping:

All ships are allowed. (Yes even the ‘bad’ ships.) My characters can be shipped with anybody you may want to ship them with, ocs included. If you try to control what I or anyone else’s ships I will block you or just block me first please.

组CP:

怎么组都可以。（是的即使是那种“糟糕”cp也可以）我笔下的所有角色都允许和任何角色组cp，OC也没问题，只要你想。但如果你试图去控制我或者任何一个人厨某对cp，我会拉黑你，或者请你先拉黑我。

Nsfw:

Do not follow or interact with my other social media if you are under 18. If I find a minor interacting with my nsfw stuff, they will get blocked on any and all sites.

If, however, you are over 18 and want to make nsfw of my characters, that is completely fine. Any and all types of art/creations are a-okay in my book.

Nsfw:

如果你未满十八岁，请不要关注或是互动我的nsfw账号。如果让我发现了有未成年人和我的NSFW账号互动，我会在所有社交软件上拉黑对方。

但是，如果你已经年满十八，想要创作一些我笔下角色的NSFW同人，这完全没问题，依我来看什么类型的同人都是ok的。

Rping:

Rping my characters on your own time is completely allowed. Have fun with my creations, go wild! I do not mind.

角色扮演:

用我笔下的角色玩角色扮演是完全可以的。祝你们玩得开心，放开了玩！我不介意。

Claiming:

I do NOT own or claim the concepts/tropes of my aus (example: mermaids, ghosts, lust themed) I don’t mind in the slightest if you want to make your own characters with the same tropes they’re tropes not something I can just claim as my own do whatever you want.

I am going to be completely upfront and brutally honest: I don’t care if you want to use these tropes as well or were inspired by me. Draw/write what makes you happy, don’t let some rando on the internet stop you from enjoying yourself these are fictional skeletons. I don’t care who drew/wrote something first. I don’t care if a popular creator did it first, or if someone did it better. I do NOT want to deal with people who had similar ‘ideas’ first or second or third just go??? Have fun????? Leave me out of it. I will chew a hole in your left sock.

声明:

我并不认为甚至想声称我AU用的的这些概念/设定是我专属的 (例如:人鱼, 鬼怪幽灵, lust主题)。如果你想用同样的概念来创作设计你自己的角色，我一点也不介意。我并不能将这些设定声称为我专属的东西，你可以做任何你想做的。

往直白粗鲁了说：你想不想用这些设定有没有受到我的启发我都并不在乎。画/写创作那些让你感到快乐的东西就行，不要让那些网络上的奇葩影响到你的乐趣，这只是一堆虚构的骷髅人物。另外我不在乎谁先或画或写创作的什么，也不在乎有没有什么很受欢迎的创作者先创作了什么，或者创作得更好。我不想处理谁谁和我有同样想法并且在我之前或在我之后之类种种问题，随便怎样？？？祝好？？？不要把我扯进这种事里，我会给你左脚袜子咬个洞。
